What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: I plugged it in, it worked straight away on Windows XP notebook (Microsoft PowerPoint). No fancy drivers. Came with two batteries. Lightweight. Neat carry-case.
Cons: Does not have full mouse cursor control (up, down, left, right, click, etc), however I don't need this.
Other: For the price I paid, there is nothing as good as this which i have seen. Very impressed.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Quick connection, No drivers needed 2 batteries included Very nice case Very comfortable, seems like a pen in the hand, not like the other presenters which looks like a remote control.
Cons: Doesn't have flash memory on the USB adapter which could do it a better product.
It is written on the manual "Flash Memory Receiver" so it seems that it should be there but maybe on another model (silver one maybe...).
Other: I use it allmost every lecture, very handy and good product.
Will buy another one for my lab team but I need to check this "Flash" thing first.

Pros: Very Good price. It works well. It is easy to use. It just plugs into a usb port. No software is necessary. It comes with extra batteries. The carrying case is actually pretty nice looking and functional.
Cons: None
Other: Compared to other presenters, this seems to be good bang for the buck.

Pros: - Unbeatable value, as long as it keeps working! - Buttons are raised and different sizes, making it easy to use without looking. - Nice rubbery finish, which looks and feels good. Case is a nice touch. Great range as it's a RF not IR transmitter..
Cons: - Maybe a little flimsy around the battery cover.
- Would prefer a standard battery size.
Other: Fantastic option if you dont't want to spend big $$$ for a brand name equivalent. As I said if it lasts a decent amount of time it's a really good buy.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is very easy to get to work, just plug it into the computer and everything is set. No drivers required, uses the HID standard so it will generaly work with any OS, be it Windows, Linux, or Mac Very cheap, especialy if your currency has a good rate to the dollar ;)
Cons: Be carefull how you put the the pointer in the case, because in my case the laser pointerbutton was pressed, so one of the batteries drained overnight.
A button to turn the presentation screen to black would have been nice, I believe many other (more expensive models) have one.
Other: I would (and as a matter of fact, have) recommend this pointer highly to anyone looking for a simple solution for not having to walk back and forth between your computer to advance slides.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Just works!
No drivers!
The computer think it's a usb-keyboard, so windows 2000 & vista will work straight off.
Works with powerpoint.
Nice ettuie.
Looks really professional when you unpack it at a meeting.
Cons: Slightly large
no way to reconfigure the buttons, how ever the key's are Ok for powerpoint thus I suspect that it will be enough for 99% of the users out there.
Other: Really good for the price.
With the nice box it's easy to carry in your jacket, and will make a good impression.
With the box it's easy to carry in your jacket without breaking it.

Pros: I bought it for my dad's birthday. It arrived almost a week too late but that was my fault for ordering too late. Noticed that the price has dropped quite a bit since i bought it, about 6$. I would have given it a price rating of 4 but since the price drop its really cheap.
- My dad knows how to use it, so its really, really, really easy to use :P
- Comes with extra battery, so you dont run out in the middle of a presentation
- Has a nice feel to it, not cheap plastic but a bit rubbery.
- Has a laser pointer
- quite cheap (silver one is even cheaper)
- You dont have to be anywhere near the reciever for it to work. you dont even have to point at it
- comes in nice case (not real leather :p)
- works on Vista (and all other OS according to other reviews)
Cons: The only con I can think of is that the receiver doesnt have flash memory to store your presentations on. (get sku.12536 for that
Other: Very nice, easy to use presenter. My dad loved it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Easy to use
- Plug-'n-play
- Plastic leather-design case and extra battery included
- Nice rubbery feel
Cons: - First battery was empty.
- Non-standard battery size
- Wobbly battery cover
- A bit slow
- Laserpointer is very weak
Other: I wouldn't have bought it if I would have had a chance to hold it beforehand. Let's hope that DX will offer some tougher and a bit more practical versions of this thing!

Pros: It works! This is exactly what I looked for. Much smaller than the remote-controller-like products. No driver needed. Recognized by Windows XP as an input device. Buttons feel comfortable and clicks are clear. No cheap feeling. Real plug and play! Laser pointer is big and clear.
Cons: Case is too big, it is overkill for such small devices. Two batteries are included (23A 12V). One of them was dead in one day (no intensive use).
Other: Great product. Works as expected. Cheap!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It works with every OS I've thrown at it (Debian GNU/Linux, Windows XP/Vista and MacOs X). The computer recognizes it as a USB keyboard (HID), that's why it works with almost everything. If your computer supports USB keyboards, it will most likely work.
The keys are interpreted by the computer as PageUp and PageDown, so you can use it with most presentation systems (OOImpress, Ms PowerPoint or even a PDF viewer, if you happen to use LaTeX for your presentation). The third button is a laser pointer, which is also nice to have in a presentation.
As it is RF, you don't have to point to the computer to change slides. That allows you to move freely around the presentation and focus on your audience. It fits perfectly in your hand, so it doesn't distract people.
Cons: It is very easy to leave the laser button pushed when you pack it, so the batteries may exhaust. I usually take off the batteries when I'm not using it to prevent that, but it's a bit annoying
Other: Overall, very nice presenter that allows you to move freely and change slides. Even if you only occasionally give presentations, it is a nice thing to have
