USB to 4-Pin 1394 FireWire Adapter Cable (1.8M)

Pros: An unusual cable combination that isn't something you would expect to see in everyday computing. The price is certainly right, though.

Cons: Build quality feels a bit thin, but I haven't had to use it yet so I don't really if this is an issue.

Other: I'm still looking for a use for it. But, hey, at this price I'm not complaining. I've just added it to my collection of 'one day I will use these' cables. Eventually, I almost always find a use for every one of them. This cable's turn will come!

Pros: - It feels very durable.
- It is really thick.
- Well attached in the ends.
- Nice style and color.
- Very cheap.

Cons: - None so far.

Other: If you need a quick solution for video camaras that are old, and those cables are too expensive. You shold buy this one. It has work perfectly all the time that i have had it, and it was very cheap. As well, the USB adaptor is very usefull.

Pros: looks good, strong and expensive, it's perfect for transferring data from camera or other old material to the computer

Cons: i can't use it for charging, and that's why i bought it

Other: anyway, i already have a huge collection of cables, doesn't matter if there is one more :-) so i put it in the shelve in case the firewire-cable of my video-camera breaks :-)

Pros: At a very low price, you can own a cable that really works. And is a nice looking one! The terminals are robust and firm.

Cons: Sometimes the speed ratio gets a little slow, but I suppose it must be because of the "conversion" (USB to FW) type. But that is not a cable problem itself.

Other: If you need to buy one, buy it. No doubt. No regrets.
