UT391 1.8" LCD Laser Distance Meter - Black + Red (2 x AAA)

Pros: Simply perfect. If you need such device, this is the right choice. It is robust, reliable and accurate. Here in Brazil would cost 3x the price. It makes easy to measure area and volume, because it stores and multiplies the measures in order to show them. You can choose to measure from the botton of the device or from the top of it.

Cons: Under the sun, in an open area, it gets a little trick to use it, because the laser is not strong enough, after 10M to still be visible in this condition, so you loose your reference. But in an indoor situation, it works fine.

Other: If you need such device you can buy this one. Its good stuff.

Pros: (1) Small form factor (2) Excellent build quality (3) Attractively priced, compared to branded products (4) Long measurement range (almost 200 feet) (5) Accurate measurement

Cons: (1) Lacks a tripod stand/tripod attachment point, which would have been useful (2) The laser point is difficult (but not impossible) to observe when using over longer ranges in daytime....I have started using a target plate to help with this issue

Other: Very useful device. Excellent value for money
