UV Filter for SLR/DSLR Cameras (52mm)

Pros: or this really small price erhälst you get a highly qualitative filter!
the processing is really very good. metalring is very handy.
in practical again locking barn is supplied a box.
I use it for my sigma.
it sits perfectly!
therein one can keep this filter during disuse.
no problems with that put on.
can be turned off simply again.

Cons: no problems - everything perfectly!!!!

Other: if you still no filter have - then buy him!!
you do not get so a favorable filter for your lenses anywhere.
particularly in this quality!

Pros: - Very cheap.
- Protects your lens.
- Metal frame is strong enough.
- Is supplied in a hard plastic box with foam, so you can take it with you without heaving fear of cracking the glass.

Cons: - Thread is a bit rough.
- Questionable mounting of the glass.

Other: For the money, there is no reason not to try is. I don't really see a difference in the pictures, but I guess it's good to leave it on to protect the lens and CCD.

Pros: this thing really look top of the notch.
the price the quallity it just fits together like i dont no what. its amazing that dealextreme can sell an UltraViolet filter for DSLR's of this quallity for such a cheap price.
i really like the metal frame o the filter and how smooth it fits on my nikon d40 with the stoch lens. 18-55mm.

Other: this really is the solution for the people who are looking for a nice quallity and cheap uv filter.

Pros: Great quality. very solid. You can see the diferences on pictures taken on hard sun. Protect your lenses (specially if you own a expensive one). Fits perfectly on my 18-55mm lenses of the D40 kit, and I can put the lens cap using the UV filter.

Cons: I don't think that this product have any cons. If you don't take so many outdoors shots, you can use it just to protect the lenses. Very useful.

Other: I recommend this one, just a great product at a great price.

Pros: This is exactly as said, a 52mm UV filter, I actually bought 2 of them, sold one, both were bought with the intention to protect the lens of the camera from scratches. It's great for this, also will remove some of the over-exposed lines done by the sun. Comes in a nice box that makes it easy to carry it in your bag.

Cons: None actually, it does what it says at a really good price.

Other: Great price, better than in stores, buy it to protect your camera lens. You can always keep it on, you can screw on other filters, i actually screw on it a massa lens hood i got from dx too.

Doesn't blur and doesn't affect photo (at least not noticeably.
Uncoated filters are easier to clean.

Cons: Outer thread is not enough to steadily attach the cap
inner thread is a bit low quality - it's not that easy to put the filter on the lens as it is with expensive filters like hoya, B&W ...

Other: It's pretty good for this price, but I wouldn't buy it for lens I use often. Buy hoya instead.

Pros: Screws nicely into my 55mm f/1.8 canon lens. No details on the glass.

Cons: None. Maybe could be a little cheaper.

Other: I bought it to protect my lenses and that's what it does best.

Pros: Good quality for small money. No sense to pay more. I defended my lens of cost $ 500 and I see no ill effects on the photo when using this filter.

Pros: I feel no difference between this filter and other expensive brand's ones. It does it's work perfectly, and fits really well on my camera lens and you can put the lens cap, so I always have it put on there like it was part of the lens.

Cons: No cons, I'm really pleased with this item.

Other: If my filter breaks, I will buy another one like this, because is the cheapest option and it offers enough quality for non-pro photographers (like me).

Pros: For the price, 1 should not complain. fits in my 52mm lens perfectly. threads are tight enough.

Cons: Comparing my $10 filter against this on a white paper you could tell the difference in filtering quality though both are UVs filter but my $10 len filter proves to edge quite a bit

Other: for the price, good for beginners but low on budget due to a recent camera purchase but will have to change to something better if IQ is important to you.
