Velcro Binding Band for SKU 29489/30864 (35CM)

Pros: It allows you to mount SKU 29489/30864 on a helmet which is pretty useful. The build quality is reasonable. Works fine on my old can, but looks a bit goofy.

Cons: It's a bit bulky, a more compact design would be better for most helmets. The fake leather cleats that attach the velcro to the mount are a little weak, it would be better if these were left out and just the velcro attached to itself.

Other: Not bad, does what it should do, if a little cumbersome. Works great with SKU 29489/30864

Pros: This is just the thing for people who bought a MagicShine bike light without the helmet mount. Having the light on your helmet is MUCH better than on the bars, because you can now point the light independent of your handlebars. This is especially helpful when navigating sharp corners. The velcro is extra long - so its usable for the vast majority of helmet styles. Just cut it a bit shorter if it's too long for your liking. At first I was worried that it would cause the helmet to be too front heavy, but the extra weight wasn't really that noticeable. I was also worried that the stock cable wouldn't be long enough to have the battery in my waist sack, and I would have to buy the extension cable. But that too wasn't a problem. It was just long enough for me.

Cons: The light can still jiggle a little even with the velcro straps. To firm it up a bit, I removed the foam padding and used some self-adhesive velcro, applying it to both the helmet and the mount. Now it's rock stable and doesn't jiggle around so much.

Other: This is a must-have for those like me who bought the MagicShine before the helmet mount became available. Being able to point the light exactly where it's needed makes it vastly better for aggressive mountain bike riding.

Pros: Sturdy molded plastic body, Velcro is soft side in when mounted, fits a L&M urban bike light, makes mounting a bike light on a helmet instead of handlebars a snap! this should fit other bike lights designed to mount to handlebars with a rubber strap system.

Cons: I have one con that was previously mentioned - the Velcro mounting system has no stretch making it difficult to get it tight so that it will not shake.

Other: Great solution for moving a handlebar mounted light to your helmet!

Pros: * Mounted to the top of the helmet you get a perfect place for a light during biking *

Cons: * The velcro bands are to long. Had to cut of half. * A little difficult to mount and to get the lamp to point straight. Need ed to do som adjustment and re- mounting in order to get the lamp to point in the direction I wanted

Other: * Needed for the high end bikelamp and or headlamps to convert them inte a helmet lamp.

Pros: Build quality is pretty good. and the band is very long. I cuted mine o fit better inside the helmet. The Velcro Binding quality is very good and holds strong.

Cons: is was a litle bit tricky to bind on my helmet, because the Vecro binding always stuck on the foam that is inside my helmet.

Other: great item for the price. If you have one of those nice and strong Bike/Head lamps and want to mount it on your Helmet, this is the perfect item for you.
