What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: This is a great tool to make watches smaller to fit the right size wrist. very easy to use right out of the box and does need a specialist to use
Cons: the build quality can be a little better and some watches does not fit right if it has a thick band
Other: just think of it this way, the price of this tool is less than one time adjustment at any place so I thought I can't go wrong
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This watch strap tools has 3 different size of heads included. Works fine with typical watches that has thick pins. I have 6 watches and 5 of them works fine with this tool except one. Makes changing straps easier than using a pin and hammer which I have done many times in the pass.
Cons: Quality is poor. The plastic is cheap and not very sturdy. You have to be very careful using this tool as it will break on you. I have a Wittnauer watch with very thin pins (much thinner than typical watches). All three heads provided are too thick for this watch. I tried using the thinnest one and the head broke on me when I twisted too hard on the watch.
Other: Only get this if you have a watch with typical pins.

Pros: This tool does the job of removing pns to adjust watch bands. It works well on those watches that have thick diameter pins holding the watch band links in place.
Cons: The major con is that as with anything else you have to use this tool. If the pin removal knob gets too hard when turning then stop! do not overly force it as the tool being made of plastic will tend to bend and open up and thereby will render the tool useless. When you encounter stubbornly hard pins then just flip the watch band on its edge and place in the groove on the outer side of the tool and then with a small nail and hammer you can surely pop it out with the use of the tool. the groove is there for a reason so if used with a bit of common sense the tool should serve you well.
Other: Good tool and works well if used with some common sense and if used following the tips in the con section.

Pros: Makes it easy to adjust watch straps at home. Eliminates the risk to scratch the strap when you use the hammer & pin combo. Good instructions - easy to understand.
Cons: The plastic lid marked "Spare parts" on the tool (see picture) was just a bit of tape with no marking. The plastic feels cheap. The hight adjustment screw dont do anything.
Other: It will do what its supposed to do.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Useful tool for adjusting watch bands, comes with different sized pins so you can use it on different kinds of bands. Does the job it says it does.
Cons: The hight adjustment part is not very useful, since it shifts the height for only about half a millimeter. I adjusted the height by taping a folded peice of paper on to it, that did the trick. The points of the tips are not smooth, they are a bit rough, so if you slightly miss the hole you might slightly scratch the band.
Other: Cheap tool, not the best but it works.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Had never used one of these units before; it is, however, very intuitive. There are some basic instructions on the packaging which suffice.
Cons: None that I have come across yet - I have only used it once.
Other: Buy this, even if you only use it once - it more than pays for itself.
