    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: - product page says it to be waterproof and schock resistant (I haven't tested it yet though)

    Cons: - there is no data slot on camera, so pictures can be downloaded only directly from memory card after removing it from the camera - very poor indoor image quality even with flash - contrary to the overview on the dx product page it does NOT have a built-in mic (or it works on none of the two cameras I bought for my children) - the firmware froze after the first ten pictures, and I had to remove and reinsert the batteries to be able to turn the camera on again - the instruction manual is contradictory at some places (e.g. „This camera has no USB port…” and later „Both your camera and the memory card will each appear in Active Devices list.”

    Other: I would not buy it again.
