    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: variable built in illumination, not IR, full color picture, plug and play, literally.

    Cons: Lighting gets hot on full power, there is no way to maneuver the camera once it is inserted through whatever. Low resolution, but that is to be expexted from an analogue camera. If you need hi-res go for the more expensive USB type. At any rate you get so up close and personal that picture quality is not an issue
