Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Simple to install (just plug it to your wii)
- No need for batteries or anything
- It indeed improves image quality
- Delivers the 1920x1080 (FullHD) resolution it promises
Cons: - It seems to use two different filters for each resolution
- Could be cheaper
- Plastic used on the shell feels a little rough
- it has a blue LED light that is always on and is a little too bright
Other: I like it because of the HDMI output and the slight improvement on picture quality, however, I would recommend thinking twice before spending 30 bucks on it.

Pros: Does what it promises, upscales picture either 720p or 1080p depending on your desicion. Ease of use audio out with separate 3.5mm plug, huge plus for me so I can route audio to my amplifier.
Cons: Maybe little too big, but doesn't affect me
Other: It's upscaled picture, not pure HD. If you undestand that and need to get wii connected to a hdmi screen or other, this is just the dongle for you.

Pros: Well, where to start. This is a converter and nothing else. It converts the analog video and audio signal to a digital one that can be transmitted via HDMI. To put it simple: Remove the present cable and insert this one, connect to TV, projector or home cinema receiver with a HDMI-cable and you have video and audio in one cable.
Cons: Cons, the one I can think about is the fact that the audio via HDMI is MUCH louder than the analog one. So be sure to lower the volume before you tryt it for the first time. Both for your ears, speakers, neighbours and pets.
Other: Buy it if you want lesser cables or need HDMI.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - I can use my HDMI cable to connect Wii on my TV. (With the regular cables I had B&W image) - Slight quality gain
Cons: - Size. It is a bit long but it doesn't bothers me as my Wii stands on a large surface.
Other: It does what it says, have your Wii connected through a HDMI cable. Slight image quality improvement but focus on purchase should be the HDMI connection only. Wii wasn't built for great HD image so don't expect miracles.

Pros: Does what it says, it converts de analog signal in to a hdmi signal. Even the audio is supported by hdmi, I don't no why there's a 3.5 mm audio plug.
Cons: I didn't expect to get a better picture quality, and so it is. You can't turn an ugly duckling, into a swan. Really no cons at all if you just want the wii connected via hdmi.
Other: Works well, if you just want you're wii connected via hdmi, it also supports audio over hdmi.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Works perfectly to get 480p output -Extra audio port is really nice, if you need it -Roughly the same white color too, so it fits in quite nicely
Cons: The casing is of a plastic material that is not good at leading heat. Resulting in it feeling hot. The solderig is likely good enough for it to remain a non problem, but perhaps it should be easier to remove the casing if felt appropiate?
Other: You need one regardless, so long as your TV don't support the appropiate cables. So might as well get one.

Pros: - Very easy to connect - Works right out of the box, no need to do anything. - Great product quality - Superb HDMI images for Wii
Cons: - 1 tiny issue (manufacture printing issue) . When you inserted the adapter onto the Wii the logo and title of the device is upside down. =(
Other: Great product and quality cant complaint about this at all. No hesitation folks just buy it, BUY IT !

Pros: After replacing my TV, I stuck without the ability to connect my Wii to it, hence it was off for a long time. Gave this adapter a chance, and got my Wii experience back. Perfect image quality (can't really compare it to what it was before, but the bottom line is what important - it looks really good)
Cons: Haven't found any yet.
Other: You need it. Buy it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It pretty much works. There's not much else to say. It's great being able to connect my Wii to my A/V amp via HDMI and have it then send the signal to my projector. They really should have included HDMI connectivity in the Wii. True it's not HD, but an HDMI connection is just so much more convenient than component or composite.
Cons: I suppose it could have been a little cheaper, but for what it does it's not a bad price.
Other: Give it a shot. Unless this unit breaks down on me soon then I definitely don't regret getting it.
