    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: It works straight from 220v input - no batteries that you have to replace or that start leaking somewhere, plus no electronics that might not work in cold weather.

    Cons: Not really a con, but i had to use some force to put the spring and some parts in their right places before hanging it on the wall. Real con is that sometimes the bell does not get struck by the metal thing vibrating inside electromagnet and its not so loud at those times.

    Other: Only doorbell i found that has no batteries - i just had to buy it and im happy with it.
