Wired Surveillance Camera w/ 48-IR LED Night Vision - White (PAL)

Pros: - Works! - Is a pal, but DVR cards will give you the color image, NTSC cards will give you black and white. - Color. - Great video quality. - Night time working. - Rotates smoothly. - Many angles. - Might be CCD (will check).

Cons: - Box could've been better. - red LEDs, but not noticeable at all. - could be cheaper for single units, I bought bulk though, very good pricing. - no more cons.

Other: I was happy with purchasing this and another set of cameras here. Definitely worth it. If you are in non-PAL country, just use DVR card or dual type receiver with pal-ntsc acceptance.

Pros: A solid built color camera. As with all these small cameras the image is not full PAL, but the quality of the image is perfect for a solid security camera. I grabbed an old power source, plugged it in and away it went. The construction is perfect. It looks and functions like much more expensive units. Night vision works perfectly. I have it set up with a motion detector and it works great. Replacing an older more expensive camera that got smashed.

Cons: None for this price.

Other: If you need a color PAL security camera, then this is for you.

Pros: Litle dome camera. Verry small price. Good material. 48 IR led. Possible to attach microphone (you will need to know how to do it). Full color.

Cons: IR leds glow red in the dark. I bought bulk 3 dome cameras and colors on video are not the same 2 of them show too much red. I had to adjust colors from dvr but overall is ok. Angle of view is not 92 degrees, maybe on diagonal but horizontal is arround 65 degrees. Still s ok for the price. Handle with care.

Cons: all made of plastic. Video standard PAL. My other camera is NTSC. The box arrived with little protection for a sensitive product.

Pros: Surprised by the quality compared to its price. No side effect of leaking reflection of the infrared light at darkness. Good video gain control in different light situations. It performs at its best in daylight. It automatically switches over to IR in low light conditions.

Cons: To adjust the focus, you have to open the enclosure. By the removal of the IR filter which is required for the night vision, some color cast will appear. In artificial light the camera has some difficulties to adjust to the right color temperature what results in color cast as well.

Pros: Unbeatable price for this unit! This model cost 4 times LOWER than some "known" brands for the chip set, and you will never know the quality difference if you don't compare it side by side.

Cons: Poor packaging. Maybe a triple bound foam or pad to provide cushion during shipment should be considered.

Pros: Price! Quite qood enclosure. Works... will do the job for a backup camera or camera pointing not very interesting places.

Cons: Bad picture, back light will blur and wash colors of front objects. Colors are washed out = not vivid. Very week sensitivity to low light so there are IR LEDS that turn on and worsen the picture even more ;) My professional camera does not need IR at all, small bulb 2m away is enough. IR is not necessary when you have really good camera.

Other: Not good for a face recognition (for cops), do not even think of putting this near sunny window etc. Good for a corridors. I will use it for a camera that points not very important places indoors.
