Even though the relays are a bit noisy, its not a big issue. Relay state gets defaulted to off position in case of mains failure which is an issue for me but it depends on the frequency of mains failure.

Pros: Great quality, inexpensive, remote control. I have used one for years to control my window fan, with no problems. I now have 2 of the units in operation now and highly recommend them.
