Pros: The string that is on the transmitter is strong You can control the distance that you want it to let you know that your away from it Very Loud and Very strong vibration You can find the transmitter with the receiver They all feel pretty solid
Cons: It's so loud I can't really tell if I'm getting closer or further away to the transmitter The lights are ALWAYS flashing and they are pretty bright when turned on(makes me worried about battery life because of how most of these type of products gets drained fast) The receiver is pretty bulky
Other: If you're worried about losing very important things on certain days then yeah this has some use.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The receiver look quite durable.
Two mode available. Anti-theft & Searching Mode. The receiver will beep when transmitter is far in the Anti-theft mode. You can switch to searching mode. It beep more faster when it near to the transmitter.
You can also set the distance for beeping between the transmitter and receiver.
Cons: Worry about battery life. Receiver a bit bulky.
Other: It is most recommended for forgetful person that tends to forget taking of important documents. Worry about pickpocket ? Put the transmitter insider your wallet. It reasonable cheap.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Works as said. -Search and Near function. -Search function: Beeps when close, can be adjusted to beep when further or closer to transmiter. -Near Function: Beeps when the transmitter becomes out of range or a distance which it can be adjusted to. -Receiver is sturdy.
Cons: -The wire strap on the transmitter broke, It needs to be soldered back onto the PCB, It works also as a aerial.
Other: Good to experiment with, or for things around the house. (Used it on my phone, always lose it at home)
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Tested to about 75 ft in range (adjustable). You can make it go off at 1 ft if you like.
Cons: Mine didn't work in alarm mode at first. I took it apart and fiddled and it just started working on its own. The loop is NOT for tying it to things. It is actually the antenna wire and not very strong. Receiver is not as well constructed as SKU6283. Bulky, cheap plastic.
Other: Probably best for putting on something you don't want to forget to pick up, like your laptop case.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Could possibly alert you to leaving something like your laptop behind on a bus, train or in a public place.
- Beeps, flashes and vibrates when out of ranges of transmitter.
- Helps you find the lost item again (although it wouldnt be easy to track a thief).
- Fun to have.
Cons: - Build quality isnt great.
- The range is less then expected.
- Theres no "only vibrate" feature.
- The transmitter always has a light flashing.
Other: Not too expensive and could save a lot if it stopped you losing something.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - sounds promising and actually worked for some ranges
- price is good
- concept is good
Cons: - lot of false alarms
- problems connecting between the items
- you can never know if there is a problem in the battery or the range
Other: not as good as it sounds...

Pros: Excellent ! It´s little and functional. The distance can be adjusted. The battery last until two months. Price is very good. Many things you can do with it.
Cons: The battery of transmitter is CR 2032. I´d like to be AAA like receiver. Theres no "only vibrate" feature
Other: Goog purshase, Probably I´ll buy more...

Pros: very good product if you forget some staff going from home. it will alarm if you stick to your think transmitter and forget it at home.
Cons: I noticed that reciver works in 433MHz and do the same radio noise for contacting transmitter as sku.23131 (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.23131)
on very short distances block car remotes and other staff working on 433MHz.
this is reason why it have some fast beeps because it recives some radio messages from other transmitters on 433Mhz
Other: in my country there are a lot of 433MHz staff around and reciver every minute have shoort beeps

Pros: Works. I bought it so that I wouldn't forget my laptop, or to prevent loss of my laptop. Unfortunately I couldn't find anywhere on my laptop to put the transmitter haha. The alarm is loud (maybe too loud) and vibration strong enough to alert if you're on a bus/train. Don't think you'll notice it on a busy street though.
Cons: Should have "vibration only" mode. so that it will not alarm other people when setting the range etc.
Also, the transmitter keeps blinking so the potential thief actually knows that this is some kind of tracking device and you will end up having problems to track it say, in a classroom.
Other: Worth the investment.

Pros: Although manual is in poor english it was enough so that figuring it out was easy. The max range I could step away from the sensor was about 15 feet but much more than that and the item would be out of site also.
Cons: The remote is a little large.
Other: Buy it now
