Pros: No noticable loss of sound quality Very small and portable Built-in batteries are more than expected No manual need, 3 simple paragraphs on the back of the box!
Cons: The power adapter only allows the recharge of one transmitter/receiver at a time. The power adapter it's not apropriate for european plug's
Other: Perfect for travel, i'll use it while in hotel's to hears the TV without worring about the neighbours!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Small
- Built-in batteries
- Plug and play
- There is a button - "Mute"
- If between the receiver and transmitter no signal for some time, the device switches off automatically
Cons: - Sensitive to external sources of interference.
(When you connect without sound transmission is heard a faint hum of voltage network.
If you touch to audio cable, the hum is growing.)
- A steady range not more than 7-9 meters.
Other: I use it with a laptop and Android tablet.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - 5~6 hours battery life - Runs with power attached - Audio quality is very good - Nice build construction - 5v mini USB standard charging socket
Cons: - Not a Stereo transmitter - Only one charger - Poor quality acessory (RCA Cable)
Other: - Excellent cost-benefit digital audio mono transmitter
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I use it as TV headphones, I like to watch things at night and this way I do not wakeup anyone. It is connected to the headphone out on the TV. The sound quality is good, I am not a musician, but it's much much better then any remote headphone I used before ( the one based on FM radio). Both units have internal battery, ( in case you are very very sensitive to 50/60Hz hum ). The setup take a second, connect audio in. Press the power until you see it flash green, it will stop flashing after the receiver and transmitter are in sync. To close it press power again for a few seconds, until no leds are lit. The charger is just a regular USB charger, no problem replacing. No problem using the head phones that fit you best, you are not stuck with some shape or uncomfortable headphones or worse, worn out headphones.
Cons: I can think of 2 improvement, not actually cons. 1. A clip on the receiver, so you can hang it on your cloths and not worry that it will fly, when you run to the phone. 2. Screws on the units so you can replace the batteries, the cells will eventually die.
Other: Buy it!!!! If you want a good quality remote headphones, this is the best solution on DX. I guess a Bluetooth based solution might have better sound quality, but it's more expansive and you will need a BT support on the transmitter side ( computer, smart phone, tablet), not just a dumb analog audio out.

Pros: Is a simple way to transmit audio betwen 2 points. Has battery.
Cons: Wihtout sound input the output makes a audible noise. The AC adapter isn't for european sockets and my adapter is broken, has a hole in plastic.
Other: Isn't a HI-FI prioduct, but works. I use this to transmit the audio signal between a 7.1 amplifier and an active sobwooofer.

Pros: It's a lot of good things with these small little boxes, actually I just like to write: "Here they are!" As I sad, they are small and easy to hide, the sound quality are excellent, I have not tried the limit of the distance between them though it depends so much of the kind of walls between the transmitter and the receiver. But in my case it was no problem, with a thick brick wall - actually an old type of chimney!
Cons: So far I haven't found any trouble with them, maybe they can be a little bit cheaper.
Other: If I could afford it, I would buy a whole bunch of them and spreading them all around the house. Giving them away as presents and so on.

Pros: Good sound quality. I use it in a room where transmitter and receiver are 4 meters apart. Didn't notice significant interference with WLAN AP which is in the same room.
Cons: Only one charger. My pair is always connected to power outlet. Fortunately I had a compatible charger from another gadget.
Other: It is worth paying for it.
