Pros: Cute design as well as functional, which is unlike anything else I have seen in the range of baby monitors. Also very reasonable price for a baby monitor. Adjustable to react very sensitively to noises or less sensitively to noises, and also adjustable level of warning noise from the transmitter.

Cons: This did not work quite in the way I expected! I thought I would be able to hear my baby crying through the monitor - actually, that is not how it works. The monitor detects any loud noise in the room where the receiver is, and when such a sound is detected, the transmitter emits a loud wailing sound. So you know that there is a noise in the babys room, you just dont know what kind of noise it is!

Other: For my purposes, this was fine. A relatively cheap, well-built way of knowing when I need to go check on the baby. Not a gadget to hear exactly what your baby is doing from a distance, just a gadget to know when there is a noise that you need to go and check on.
