Pros: Works beautifully with my Nikon D80. Other than no CLS, it functions just like the SB600 for half the cost. The LCD status lights on back works out not too bad as compare to the SB600 LCD display. I kind of like it after a while. Slave function works well with the build in flash. Flash refresh quickly with NiMH rechargeble battery.
Cons: Dialed ON/OFF switch. I preferred either slide or push button. The build in white reflective card wasn't able to slide out and rest on the flash just like the clear wide diffuser.
Other: If you want a stronger flash than the build in for your Nikon without breaking the bank. This is the one.

Pros: Great flash, TTL worked fine on Nikon (tested with D5000 and D60). Slave works perfectly, also for slow rear trick. Recycle time is very good! It seems stronger than SB600.
Cons: Build quality is average, battery case is a little hard to open/ close and have a annoying rail that keep the cover attached to the body even when completely open (easy to break). Also, it can eat up your batteries quickly, so you may need to carry extra batteries (expected for a flash on this rating).
Other: Buy it, no regrets. Cost/benefit is the best that I could find.

Pros: super easy to work with! and great quality!!! very usefull as a slave when i shoot with other flash units... it's power selecting makes it great for all kind of pictures... again... still the best flash i've own... and i hace some canon... lol
Cons: none yet because this flash is great!!! exept a lcd screen would be fun have...
Other: This flash unit is awsome!!! you need a flash buy this one!!! :D

Pros: Very good price! Very good functionality. Good build quality. The head is free to rotate and rise. Recharges quickly. So many options.
Cons: LED light autofocus is not very bright. Could make it more powerful.
Other: I really want to get this flash. I sent brakovy product in DX for a replacement. I think the next instance will work well.

Pros: This is an excellent product. Pros: _ Great reload time _ Good intensity _ Accurate dial _ iTTL / Manual /Slave mode _ I can trigger the flash from the pop-up built in camera flash _ Nikon D90 compatible. _ Good built quality _ Reflective card and diffuser built in _ Great price _ Stand alone base with tripod mount
Cons: There are not big deals things: _ Does not remember your options. I like to use flash in manual mode and I've to set this way as soon as I start flash. _ It automatically turns off after idle witch combined with previous cons it bothers. _ Battery compartment is tricky
Other: Fantastic product. Honestly highly recommended even as backup/slave being a pro or just a newbie learning how dominating flashes techniques.

Pros: This is a great flash..! I used to use a Nikon SB600 and this flash is just as good and is a fraction of the price. Works flawlessly with my Nikon D5100. Slave feature works very well. My SB600's slave feature didn't even work with D3000, D5100. Great work YongNuo and DX..! -Great build quality -Slave features work perfectly -Comes with stand attachment, which is handy -Controls are easy to use and clear -Flash zoom works just like any other brand name flash
Cons: I don't really have anything bad to say about this flash. If you are looking for a good flash to use other than the stock cam flash, this is everything you need. Flash does not have an LCD display like the Nikon SB600, but you really don't need one. I would take this flash over the SB600 any day for the price.
Other: Buy this flash if you are on the market for one..! I haven't had the flash too long yet, but from my testing it is VERY GOOD. Don't spend hundreds of dollars for a Nikon branded one.. Must buy.

Improvement:
- Zoom
- Adjusting the AC when TTL
- Remote operation of the flash, the master can be built
Deteriorated:
- A little bit weaker, probably connected with the zoom function
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very good flash.
Bright and fast, with a lot of adjustment possibilities.
- A lot cheaper than other flashes
- Zoom
- AT adjustment
- Comes with a stand attachement
- Also a pouch for safe keeping
- Easy to use.
I use this with my Nikon D5000. It fits like a charm, and seems to work flawless
Cons: Battery lid is a little bit hard to lock, but not a problem.
Other: Totally recommend this flash for anybody with a Nikon camera.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Quality appears good. I've tested it with remote flash even around corners.
Adjustable power allows range of creative shots, especially on remote units.
Better than flashes where I've paid much more.
Includes stand for remote units.
Easy to use diffraction grid and reflector for highlights in eyes.
Fast cycle time.
Cons: Can't think of any yet.
Maybe cycle time isn't quite as fast as Canon Speedlight.
Other: Very impressed. Good quality. I'm buying one more.
