Pros: It works with my 580EX II. No problem at all. My test shows the range is around 13 meters with 2x NiMH battery fully charged in the receiver.
The build quality is ok for the price.
Sync speed is up to 1/200 or 1/250 depends on the distance.
Cons: I have experienced many misfires at distance of 2-3 meters. Sometime 2-3 after each other. It is very strange. It seemed that all the misfires happened when I took the shot. Every time I tested it by just pressing the shutter release, it fired. Just like it played game with me. I will do some more tests to see whether another channel will give better results.
580EX II is quite heavy. It made me worrying about my expansive gear standing on a light stand because the construction of the receiver is not very strong though the shoe mount is made of metal.
Other: It works and it is cheap.

Pros: Very reasonable pricing for a radio trigger. For me, there was no misfiring even at close distance. It works perfectly for my china brand flashes. The AAA batteries are easily bought from stores in my country so battery replacement is good.
Cons: The transmitter mount has some issue with my canon 450d DSLR. I have to carefully seat it correctly or else it will not fire. Took me quite some time to figure this out because it has to be at the correct angle and position for it to work properly.
Other: Get this to explore a different side of photography.

Pros: I bought this based on the other review's i'd seen here, and can confirm it works WELL with both my Sunpak 383 Super and Canon 430EX. I've used it up to 10 or so meters away and have had no mis-fires... except: (see cons)
Cons: The only mis-fires i've experienced have been tracked back to the mount of the radio trigger on the camera - it needs to be seated in the hot-shoe "Just right" - Slide it in firmly and screw down the collar to hold it there. No Instructions provided, so it feels like i was almost breaking the transmitter to check how to replace the 12v battery inside it, but using a plastic spatula to 'crack' it open hasn't left any visible marks and it's still holding together well. The receiver unit construction is solid enough, but not fantastic - just enough to hold the weight of the flash.
Other: I would recommend this unit to others wanting to get their flash off camera cheaply, and am planning to get more of these (for the receivers). - DX -can the receivers be made available seperately? Overall: Very impressed.

Pros: I haven't seen these cheaper anywhere else - even ebay equivalent V2s triggers are considerably more. What's more, this receiver takes AAA batteries instead of the CR2 batteries they often require, which is a plus for me personally.
Range seems to be good, and I've had no misfires to speak of (except when I was wiggling the flash on the receiver, which is hardly the fault of the hardware)
Cons: Build quality is cheap, as you'd expect for the price. Contacts were a little unreliable, and it took a bit of fiddling initially to get the receiver firing the flash properly. All seems okay now, though.
Other: These seem on a par with all the other cheap triggers around, and they're cheaper.

Pros: it does, what it should, so creativity gets another level up. i shoot photos on parties and this is something i always wanted, original canon parts are way too expensive for me, so i'm so glad i could buy this for this very friendly price
Cons: bild is really crappy and if you have no luck, you can destroy the device in 5 minutes. i tried this at home to know what to do... comes with no manual, just plain white box. first mystery was how to open the box to insert baterries without damaging the cover... with a bit of a luck and brute force everything went well, but it's just the first time, when you have no idea how the cover holds on the box..
ok, batteries inserted, flash is on.. everything worked, then i went to a test shooting to a party and it stopped working! :) after a while a found out that the metal hotshue mount is lacking one of tiny screws, which are keeping it on the plastic box... second screw was almost out also, so i put it into my pocket for later.
at home i realised that the hotshue is being held on the plasic box by 3 tiny (3mm) screws, so one was gone, one in my pocket, one survived.
i used (erm :) super-glue to get the screw working again, but the device stopped working.
the led was flashing when the signal was sent, but flash didnt shoot.
i disasembeld the hotshue ane found out that the contact between the hotshue metal part and the inside electronic is made by one wire which is just lying under the hotshue metal, no firm welding whatsoever..
so if you have problems with connection, it might be this wire not firmly enough touching the hotshue plate.
Other: good for its price, but i had to do some fixichn after just minutes of using it.

Pros: Allows you to use your flashes off camera and cable free.
Let's you creatively use your lighting.
Cons: The price is higher than it used to be.
Cannot get the receivers on their own.
Does not have PC sync ports. I had to buy adapters separately. Not a deal killer, but much easier to mount your flashes with it's own hot shoe.
Doesn't fit properly on a Canon 40D. I need to use a rubber band to get it to contact properly on the flash shoe. Not a deal breaker for this price though. Had no problems on a Rebel XT.
Other: Buy theses, and open up a new world of photography for yourself.

Pros: The product works very well. There is no delay between the press of the shutter and the firing of the flash. I am currently using an Olympus FL-36.
Cons: No instructions.
Fragile quality.
Lack of separate receivers.
Other: If you want to get into new areas in photography, you can't go wrong with this price!

Pros: These devices offer very good value for money. They are easy to use, 4 different channels, and I was surprised by the build quality. Ofcourse, it's not excellent, but it will not fall apart easily if you handle it with some care.
The best part is that the receiver takes AAA-batteries. No more hassle with strange types of batteries, just normal ones.
Cons: Dealextreme still doesn't sell separate receivers.
Other: Works perfectly on a Canon 40D, with a Speedlight 430EX, and some old flashes as well. No problems with pre-flashes etc.

Pros: This device has an excelent price. It works great, very precise. Has a four channel option and a good range.
Cons: The build quality is a bit scary, it feels like it won't handle the external flash's weight, but it does (as long as you don't move it a lot around, while mounted on the tripod and flash).
Other: Great gadget for photographers. Works well and has an excellent price.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I bought first one and I liked it so much that i bought one more. I bought one more in case the other one broke but none of them have since i bought them a year ago. So they work like a charm:)
Cons: -Build quality is not very good. It holds my flashes but it bends down after a while, because the lower part won't hold properly. My solution to that was to stick a piece of hardplatic and glue it all together so now it holds like it should.
-Only a PC sync port on trigger but not on Receiver, which makes the flashes shoot slightly above the middle of the umbrellas.
Other: Buy at least 2 which will give you more possibilities.
I use this product with Sigma EF-500 DG Super and Nikon SB24/28 flashes and a Canon 350D(rebel) camera.
