    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Ease of use, very easy instalation, didn´t read the manual to install or start to configure. Very intuitive menus with a easy navigation. Lots of functions. USB conector in the front panel.

    Cons: The remote control doesn´t works properly, must press the key more than once and point directly to the DVR in a specific position in order to work.

    Other: Good cost x benefit, recommend to anyone who wants to set up a home surveillance system.

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: The product arrived with broken mouse probably because wasn`t packed properly. In general it works ok. The real time video, recording and all basic function operate.

    Cons: The setup of DNS is limited to only specific DNS providers so if you want to use free providers like no-ip.com etc, it does not allowed by software of the product.

    Other: The operation is good. All basic functions tested and work. The menus are intuitive. The product itself is good.
